Joe takes her through the maze to show her the real issue is that she is trying to do both the strategy and execution for herself for her own content when the truth is that the amount of time she’s working with is better used if she sets short goals and minimizes what kind of execution she’s involved in for her business. The rule is never go for the urgent at the expense of the important.
